The loft apartment in a modern building was reconstructed into a generous living space of 112m2, with a kitchen, fireplace, dining space and lounge.
The change involved the removal of all walls as well as the installation of a steel beam to sustain the loft’s stability.
The living room’s centrepiece is the fireplace, whose bench turns into a bar counter. This counter also shields the kitchen from direct view, which has been incorporated as an important space in this concept of open living.
